1. Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically. Because digital downloads cannot be returned once accessed, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience difficulty downloading or accessing your file, please contact us within 7 days at hello@kristindavin.com and we will assist you.

2. Print Products

All print workbooks and journals are final sale.

Due to the limited nature of our print editions and the personal nature of reflective materials, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on physical products.

If your print item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include photos so we can assist you.

3. Personal Use Only

All purchases are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or redistributed in any form.

4. Not a Substitute for Therapy
