All items in our store are delivered electronically—no physical products will be shipped. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive instant access via download link or email.

2. All Sales Are Final
Because our products are digital downloads, they cannot be “returned” once you receive them. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable.

3. We’re Here to Help
If you have trouble downloading or opening your product, contact us within 7 days of purchase at hello@kristindavin.com. We’ll troubleshoot the issue and make sure you get the files you purchased.
