Refunds & Returns

We want you to feel confident in every purchase you make from Reflections From Across the Couch. Please review our refund policy before placing your order.

Digital Products

Due to the immediate access provided with downloadable products, all digital sales are final and non-refundable.

If you experience any difficulty downloading or accessing your purchase, please contact us within 7 days at hello@kristindavin.com. We'll gladly help you access the files you've purchased.

Physical Products

We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your physical workbook or journal arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kristindavin.com. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item so we can arrange a replacement or other appropriate resolution.

If you wish to return an unused physical product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order.

All products are intended for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, shared, or resold without written permission.

Educational Purpose

Our workbooks, journals, and resources are designed for education, self-reflection, and personal growth. They are not a substitute for psychotherapy, counseling, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Purchasing or using our products does not establish a psychologist-client relationship with Dr. Kristin Davin.
