3. Products & Delivery

We offer both digital and print products.

Digital Products

Digital products are delivered electronically via download link or email after purchase. You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate software and device to access the files.

Print Products

Print products are shipped to the mailing address provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier performance.

4. Refunds & Returns

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of digital products, digital purchases are non-refundable once access has been provided.

Print workbooks and journals are also final sale. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds on physical products.

If a print item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, digital products, and print products available through this website are the property of Reflections From Across the Couch and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

Purchases are for personal use only unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, modify, or resell our materials without prior written permission.
